Graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with experience in QHSE and production. Expert in developing and executing quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures to fulfil applicable ISO Standards, API Spec Q2, DOSH, and other requirements. With a strong Chemical Engineering background and experience in QHSE, I bring a diverse set of skills and knowledge to the table. My excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in Catalyst Synthesis & Characterization, Process Improvement and Optimization via Aspen HYSYS and Aspen PLUS, as well as my excellent communication and teamwork abilities, make me a valuable addition to any team.

1. Trainee Executive, QHSE – Velesto Energy Berhad (Aug 2022 – April 2023)

• Assessed current QHSE and operations procedures and manuals for improvement based on Standard ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 & ISO29001. 
• Document controller for Integrated Management System (IMS) Structure Document. 
• Reviewed HSE Case for approval with the client and internal parties; HSE Management, Risk Management, Emergency Responses and Performance Monitoring for rig and hydraulic workover unit (HWU). 
• Analysed data from the Customer Satisfaction Survey across a spectrum of business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements. 
• Organized audit processes internally, DNV audit and Supplier audit for IMS and Legal Assessment; planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and monitoring the closing of NCR. 
• Assisted in developing a Service Quality Plan (SQP) for project-specific to meet compliance with the client contract. 
• Reviewed and improved IMS Awareness Training Slide Module, Supplier Audit Checklist Module, Internal Audit Checklist Module.

2. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Trainee – Tremco CPG Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Jul 2021 – Oct 2021)

• Designed the safety walkway with barricade for the new plant (warehouse area, processing area, red zone area) using AutoCAD. 
• Comprehended and assisted in designing eyewash stations for the new plant using AutoCAD following the requirement set by DOSH & ANSI Standard. 
• Reviewed the Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) with safety team for Hazardous Location (Flammable Liquid & Combustible Powder) based on NFPA 499/497. 
• Identified the potential of highly flammable & flammable liquid based on NFPA 30, GHS and CIMAH regulations. 
• Identified the potential of combustible dust based on SDS, IFA databases & NFPA 499, 652. 
• Reviewed and updated plantwide HIRARC documentations and add in Risk Categorization/Assessment based on DOSH ICOP Risk Assessment 2021.

3. Production Engineering Trainee – Epson Precision (Johor) Sdn Bhd (Mar 2018 – Jul 2018)

• Involved in the chemical washing process for precision and electronics products under process development team. 
• Identified the manufacturing process's critical point and set sampling techniques. 
• Identified the solutions to overcome product deviations and deposition on a metal surface through PFMEA, Data Analysis and Improvement Tool, assisting executives in the process improvement of gear manufacturing. 
• Modified the equipment parameters with the process engineer for the new raw material subject to chemical washing process in order to avoid damaging the gear's tooth profile. 
• Successfully minimized cost expenditure and increased yield for gold plating process with supervisor. 
• Review the Non-Conformance report on product, daily production quality, quality trend and root cause analysis. 
• Participated in schedule waste management project handling the waste disposal of lubricants from production line.
