From June 2022 to the present, in my role as a Planning Engineer, I took charge of an RM3 Million Annual Shutdown operation, formulated detailed construction work programs, and was instrumental in launching the monthly Project Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI. My journey has been marked by proactive risk assessments, adept stakeholder management, and effective tool utilization. Between January 2021 and May 2022, serving as the Business Analyst to the COO, I crafted a systematic quarterly deliverables roadmap, orchestrated a comprehensive business strategy plan, and took the lead in the 2021 Cenviro Annual Employee Survey. Additionally, I delved deep into the profitability analysis of the Kualiti Alam plants and played a pivotal role in implementing the FMEA in SWTE and INC plants.

Earlier, from September 2019 to December 2021, as a Process Engineer, I championed several plant improvement initiatives, maintaining unwavering plant stability and pioneering measures that yielded significant cost savings. I also took pride in upholding operational standards, as evidenced by my involvement as an Internal Auditor across various ISO disciplines. During my stint as a Practical Trainee at PETRONAS RESEARCH SDN BHD, I immersed myself in hands-on research, assisting with emulsion studies, undertaking analytical experiments on synthetic crudes, and consistently providing comprehensive reports on my findings. My career trajectory has been a testament to my adaptability, analytical acumen, and leadership in a multitude of engineering and business scenarios.
