As a BIM Modeller Coordinator, I play a crucial role in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction and architectural projects. I facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, and construction professionals, ensuring that we adhere to BIM standards.Creating and maintaining detailed3D BIM models is a significant part of my job, and I constantly update these models to reflect design changes and ensure data consistency. I also enforce BIM standards and best practices, providing training to help my team members become proficient in our processes.Quality control is essential in my role, so I perform regular checks on BIM models to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or clashes, preventing errors that could impact timelines and budgets. Additionally, I offer technical support and conduct training sessions on BIM software. Overall, my goal is to ensure efficient BIM execution, high-quality modeling, and successful project outcomes.
