Pei Ling Chin

A Biomedical Sciences fresh graduate who passionate in research and forensic field.

I have completed internship in both research and clinical department. I have done research internship in Medical Genetics Laboratory (MGL), Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UPM. I have learned to conduct research project to identify the causative mutated gene in the patients suffered from genetic disease. I learned on DNA extraction, RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, Primer design, PCR, gel electrophoresis, Sanger sequencing data analysis using UniPro UGENE software.

Other than that, I have also did my internship in Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM). I learned to handle and process samples received in various departments such as blood banking, hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology and virology.

I have worked as a part time marketing admin in Byond28 Confinement Care from Oct 2022 to Dec 2022. I attended to customer's inquiries from various websites, schedule appointments for customers' visitation, follow up on customers' questions and satisfaction, translate flyers and advertisement from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English, handle posting of social media posts.

Recently, I work as a sales coordinator where I coordinate with sales team by scheduling, filing important documents into respective folders, keep documents up-to-dated, ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. I also assist in checking for the packaging materials of pending projects in the warehouse and ordering of packaging materials when needed.

I have graduated at SEGi University in Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences with First Class honours.
