- Injection Moulding defects analysis.
- Investigation of injection moulding machine, mould, material, man perspective to troubleshoot defect.
- Review and monitor production progress on defects and yield.
- Evaluate risk of defects and advise on containment action in daily basis.
- Revise FMEA for Injection Moulded components upon addition of new Potential Failures.
- Revise Standard Operation Procedures based on respective issue and situation.
- Conduct Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), Conduct Corrective Action Preventive Action 
 Request (CAPA Request), Non - Conformance Investigation Report (NCIR), Customer Complaint 
 Investigation Report (CIR).
- Establish new Corrective actions, Preventive Actions based on Root Causes and evaluate effectiveness of  implementation using methods such as PPm & Holdback comparison. 
- Improve machine/mould performance with projects. 
- Conduct Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for new machine/mould. 
- Conduct establishment/review of Control Limit for Injection Molded Components defects.
- Provide advising on Preventive Maintenance/ Additional maintenance request.
- Provide advising on detection planning for manufacturing defects.
- Revise Test method/specification based on current issues.
- Close communication and co-operation with Quality Control and Quality Management teams to 
 maintain and improve product quality.
- Train Interns and New Engineers on the job scope.
- Conduct QC strategies to tackle unavoidable defects from injection moulding of medical devices.
- good understanding & experience on Acceptance Quality Limits & Sampling plans for mass production.
