Production Team Leader (2019 - 2022)
In charge of designated crew members of 15. Lead daily shopfloor operation of 4 departments Print press, Lamination, Slitting And Rewind. Organize manning and schedule operation accordingly. Lead daily hand over meeting to next shift and coordinate jobs based on weekly schedule. Update daily output on system and handover to production manager. Attend production meeting, product review, art work review and convey accordingly. Conduct stock take on monthly basis on shopfloor. Work based on rotating shift pattern. Improvise knowledge and skills to crew members to enhance productivity, downtime & reach target. Provide and ensure necessary tools and equipment available at shopfloor . Ensure all SOP been followed and perform short interval checks throughout the entire process on all 4 department at shopfloor  to ensure quality of the product. Work together with maintenance team on scheduled preventive maintenance and machine repairs.

Print Coordinator & Facilitator (2018 - 2019)
 Coordinate daily print press operation according to provided docket. Arrange upcoming print jobs accordingly for fast change over and reduce make ready downtime. Ensure all jobs produce following sop and all required materials on stock before starting the job.
Perform daily briefing to all printers on job to be produced on the particular day and discuss downtime and problem faced while make ready and print issues faced on the previous day. Report directly to production manager on daily basis. Attend product review and art work review and discuss plans to execute the job. Work together quality control, supply chain, production planner, customer service and plate maker to ensure smooth operation on print press. Facilitate all required tools, equipment and training modules to printers. Rotate print crew on yearly basis to ensure all members are on same page and improve communication among them. Enroll hands on and verbal questionnaire individually to check knowledge on print press regularly and randomly on weekly basis.    

Flexographic Printer (2016 - 2018)

Operate 10 colour C. I Flexographic print press on rotating shift pattern. Ensure print quality, colour matching, solvent usage according to provided sample and item print. Troubleshoot issues on print quality and minor mechanical issues. 

Laminator (2013 - 2016)
Operate lamination machine based on shift pattern. Produce 2 ply, 3 ply and 4ply laminated materials on jumbo reel. Record machine setting data, material id and output on excel sheet and radius system. Ensure cleanliness of machine and surrounding area. Work under designated team leader and report issues on briefings. Cover laminated material with plastic sheet and tag with ticket labels to be stored in curing area before slitting process.
