I currently working in IHP Sdn Bhd. Previously I have experience working in insurance industry for 8 years. My current role in IHP is Senior Executive and in training to be a team leader. In current company have successfully manage my port folio to archive TAT requested by insurance and reduce complaint rate to maximum 1 complaint each month. I'm great with staff management to help all my colleague to archive their target by implementing new SOP. However I'm still looking new company to expand my knowledge and managing experience. As per current company, I have 16 staff under my supervision as training team leader and will have another additional in the future. I also providing training to new staff and often be someone who in charge to make decision if the case can be proceed or otherwise.
