My most recent work experience was as a Retail Development and Training employee at PLUS Malaysia, where I managed the operations and training of the retail and leasing units across the highway network. I ensured that the tenants complied with the contractual and operational standards, and that the customers received the best service and experience. I also conducted regular audits, evaluations, and feedback sessions to monitor and improve the performance and satisfaction of both the tenants and the customers. I contributed to the increase of the revenue and profitability of the retail and leasing units, as well as the customer loyalty and retention. I am seeking opportunities that will challenge my skills and develop me professionally.
