During my engineering internship at Top Glove (F38) Sdn. Bhd in Kulim, Kedah, I gained valuable experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency. I conducted thorough analyses using situation analysis and decision tree diagrams, identifying four opportunities to enhance process flow and achieving a 25% increase in overall efficiency. Additionally, I developed and tested design optimization scenarios, resulting in substantial monthly resource savings of RM10,000. By utilizing advanced instruments and technologies, I investigated energy changes among synthesized substances, leading to a 25% improvement in efficacy. Moreover, I successfully simulated data models and settings, optimizing processes and achieving an impressive 40% overall enhancement in test outcomes. I completed my Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at Manipal International University in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. With a focus on Chemical Engineering, I acquired a solid theoretical foundation and practical knowledge in the field. Throughout my education, I consistently performed at a high level, maintaining a CGPA of 3.70. Prior to my degree, I also completed a Foundation in Science program at the same university, where I achieved a CGPA of 3.87.
