About Sanoob Kumar Rugmini Gangadaran:

Throughout my 19 years as an IT professional, I have always been inspired by technology. I think that the development of digital society and the definition of the modern world are greatly influenced by technologies. My decision to apply for the position was based on my ability to manage people and my knowledge of technology.

In my prior employment, I oversaw several projects that employed a range of IT solutions and saw them through to completion. I have a lot of planning experience and am a great communicator and problem solver. A broad understanding of the needs of clients and businesses is always my priority. I can contribute a wide range of IT experience, including design and software development, upgrade, functional and technical coordination with business, pre-sales, business analysis, and software development. Projects, infrastructure upgrades, supporting critical environments, testing, and user training.

The personal qualities that help me do this job are independence, personal responsibility for work results, and leadership. I motivate and inspire others to collaborate as a team to complete a task.

I would like to contribute my skills and experience to this role. I enjoy working in creative and dynamic teams and delivering necessary solutions.
