Total 24 years experience in shiprepair, oil and gas business involving drydocking repairs, conversion and refurbishments with various project vessels such as chemical tankers, LNG vessels, LPG vessels, Oil tankers, bulk carriers, container vessels,  Stainless Steel tankers, Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU), OSVs and drilling vessels.   This includes EPIC, FSO and FPSO's.

Sales, Estimating and Project Cost Control & Billing.

- Receive and study clients technical specification and blue print drawings. 
- Estimate job using details from technical specification and drawings.  
- Using prices such as Yard Tariff, Non-Tariff and market price to quote for the job.
- Review and understand the client contracts, discuss with legal personnel and amend the contracts accordingly and inserting company terms & conditions with provision.
- Create sales quotation using estimates and prepare them as a proposal bid document to client.

- Create project budget based on estimates. Use as tracking mechanisam for a projects. 
- Forecast risk and allowed in the budget. 
- Negotiate with contractors, suppliers and vendors on prices. 
- Negotiate the final bill amount with clients. 
- Plan and create target sales, with clients with business proposal. Analyse markets and price within the region and country. Explore options for business extension.    
- Excel, Word and Power Point - Intermediate.
