in Environmental, Safety and Health with an extensive portfolio of more than 16 years. Currently I am attached 
with Reaplite Industry Sbn Bhd, Pre-caster for LRT 3 project, factory located in Bandar Saujana Putra. Package 
PC1 – Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Precast Viaduct (U-Trough Girder) And other related works. We have

Working experience more than 16 years. Currently I am attached 
with Reaplite Industry Sbn Bhd, Pre-caster for LRT 3 project, factory located in Bandar Saujana Putra. Package 
PC1 – Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Precast Viaduct (U-Trough Girder) And other related works. We have
ensured a good healthy working environment for managers and employee of about 500 to 600 workers. I lead 
the safety, health and environmental by conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, 
evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments. Plans, implements, and
conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs. I have well establish the safety & Health 
committee and therefore we have successfully completed the production of 2040 U-girders without major
incidents and able to achieved 3million man-hours without lost time injuries. I believe my ability to learn quickly 
along with my enthusiasm for computer technologies and working with various levels of people will enable me
to make a valuable contribution to the organization.
