A passionate and versatile dietitian.

I enjoyed working in a clinical setting as I find it exciting as every case is to be managed differently and personalised. Also, I am willing to take up new challenges to manage clinical cases, food service operation and community activities, as this motivates me to strive and keep learning throughout the journey. Active involvement in projects and various leadership roles that I took up during my university years helps me to adapt well and pick up things fast.

I always believe that empowering the community with practical nutrition knowledge and supporting them to make changes is more sustainable in the long run. It is very satisfying for me as a dietitian when I see the clients put trust in us in their health journey and managed to improve, even if it is small progress.
