My name is Tang Shawn, and it is with great enthusiasm that I introduce myself as a dedicated Mechanical Aeronautics Engineering undergraduate.

Currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Aeronautics Engineering at University of Technology Malaysia (UTM), I have developed a strong foundation in the principles and intricacies of mechanical and aerospace engineering. My academic journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, structural analysis, and propulsion systems – essential elements of aeronautical engineering.

Throughout my coursework, I have actively engaged in hands-on projects and research initiatives that have honed my problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. I take pride in my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, demonstrating a commitment to the practical aspects of engineering.

As a proactive learner, I have sought opportunities to enhance my skills beyond the classroom. I have participated in workshops, where I learnt from industry professionals and gained valuable insights into the latest advancements in aeronautical engineering. These experiences have not only broadened my technical expertise but have also fostered my ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

In addition to my technical proficiency, I am adept at utilizing engineering software such as MATLAB and SolidWorks, ensuring a seamless integration of theoretical concepts into practical applications. My proficiency in these tools has been instrumental in participating various design projects, including UAV drone development (In progress).

Moreover, my passion for aviation extends beyond the academic realm. I actively stay informed about emerging trends and breakthroughs in the aerospace industry, reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

Since I am still an undergraduate, I do not have any jobs relating to engineering. However, I did work as a part-time promoter for half a year. Therefore, I am proficient in communicating in Chinese, English, and Malay with anyone I came across. I am also able to adapt to any working conditions as the working spot is changed routinely.
 

I am a student from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Currently, I am in Year 3 and still pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aeronautics). I have the potential to achieve positive outcomes despite having average grades.
