independent, quick adaptability personality and willing take up new challenges and concept. Current role as Production Engineer with 8 years’ experience in a dynamic olefins plant (Lotte Chemical Titan) with great exposure to proper cost and energy management concept. Specialized in project execution, troubleshooting, benchmark & analyze plant performance. Possess excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Effective reporting and communications skills to bridge information transfer between operator and management level.

Day monitoring and operations of  steam cracker process
• Responsible in daily optimization of cracker process with respect to planned conditions.
• Responsible for any technical analysis and troubleshooting as and when required.
• To initiate test-run, implement new cost effective and energy optimization projects or improve existing
systems to reduce the overall unit cost.
• Propose budgetary cost for CAPEX investment and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, with
specification and budget without compromising safety and quality.
• Prepare Process Change Request, MOC and HAZOP for improvement projects.
• Execute in details of projects by liaising with internal team and external vendors to ensure technical
feasibility and machinery compliances are achieved before commercial run of projects.
• Participate in APC migration, collect step-test data, develop and decide a best model for each processes to be
optimized and controller tuning.
• Maintain and enhance existing APC controllers and servers
• Responsible for alarm management & improvement by using ARA (Alarm Reporting Analysis) system
• DCS Centum VP graphic modification & involve in DCS engineering modification.
• Perform PID tuning for each controllers
• In charge of integrated turbine and compressor control system (ITCC) for Cracked Gas Compressor, Ethylene
Refrigerant Compressor & Propylene Refrigerant Compressor (Triconex Systen)
• Involved 5 times turnaround in Titan (Revamping & plant expansion for Cracker 2 & equipment overhaul for
NC1&NC2). (Period: Feb 17 to Apr 17 & Jul 17 to Aug 17 & Feb 20 to Mar 20 & Aug 21 to Sept 21 & 29 Apr 24 to 1st Jun 24)
▪ Initiate and lead for major and minor modification project in 2017 & 2020 &2024  turnaround
▪ Perform pre and post inspection for all the equipment, includes tower, heat exchanger, vessel and etc. ▪ Perform loading and unloading of molecular sieve & catalyst for dryers and reactors respectively
▪ Involve in doing function test of cracked gas compressor, ethylene and propylene refrigerant
compressor & assist in compressors commissioning.
▪ Troubleshoot and stabilize production after scheduled turnaround and debottleneck project
▪ Acts as coordinator for ESD interlock checking for all the process equipment 
▪ Execution of CAPEX modification project
• Acts as an internal lead auditor for OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
• Lead improvement project with savings more than 20million USD/yr. 
• Technical Exchange in Korea for 3 months (Jun’18 to Aug’18)
▪ Understanding of Korean’s working culture
▪ Benchmark Yeosu cracker process (LUMMUS) with Malaysia cracker process (STONE & WEBSTER) 
▪ Identify improvement opportunities that can be implemented in Lotte Chemical Titan

details “Why Tree Analysis” during investigation discussion.
