As the Coach and Coordinator of the PA System (Public Address System) team, also known as the Wireless Society, at Han Chiang High School Malaysia, I spearheaded the successful operation of Sound & Lighting systems and staging performances. In this role, I was responsible for imparting valuable knowledge to team members in areas such as Audio Mixer operation, Stage Lighting techniques, Stage Performance Management, Live Event Audio Set Up, and Live Audio Mixing.

My leadership skills and technical expertise allowed me to guide the team through more than 20 successful events, all executed flawlessly and under control. Throughout my tenure, I maintained the PA system and related equipment to ensure optimal performance while troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.

My ability to collaborate effectively with event organizers, performers, and stakeholders enabled me to deliver exceptional sound and lighting experiences, exceeding expectations on every occasion. I take pride in fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement among my team members.
