A senior equipment engineer in solar manufacturing plant , have more than 10 years in equipment maintenance trouble shooting, equipment spare parts management, equipment conversion for product changes. 
Involved multiple plant start up with equipment purchase, equipment move in, installation & commission. Lead equipment team to achieve department KPI and cost. good in communication skills with various departments eg, process, manufacturing, facility, quality, procurement to ensure tasks to be complete.
