Current Job Description:

• Perform basic inspection and evaluation of products before, during and after the production process
• Perform quality assurance checks on product according to policies standard
• Process and follow up on purchase orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock
• Handle the repair and plating work, take photo for defective product
• Liaise with sub-con, suppliers and distributors on production  progress
• Ensure stocks sent to external suppliers for repair/exchange are returned within the agreed time
• Work closely with sales department on product selection, pricing and negotiations etc.
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, paperwork, filing, recording of sales/purchases
• Ensure all product codes are entered correctly and accurately into the GST POS system
• Print price tag and exchange price tag
• Packaging of bags and jewellery products for event
• Prepare stocks for product launches and promotions
• Perform assigned administrative tasks
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
