3. Communication

4. Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and update recruitment documents, reports, and trackers.
- Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment files.
5. Recruitment Events Support
- Assist in organizing job fairs, walk-in interviews, and career events.
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics as needed.
6. Onboarding Assistance
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documentation.
- Liaise with new hires to ensure smooth joining.
Education
Construction Science graduate with over 4 years of experience in sales, direct selling and recruitment. I've led sales teams, managed customer relationships, and currently works as an Assistant Recruiter. My strengths include communication, adaptability and team coordination.
