Certified dietitian with 4 years of experience consulting chronic disease patient, nutrition screening under wellness program, dietary In-charge of confinement centre & International school and educating public on evidence-based nutrition knowledge on social media.
Believing in the importance of “prevention is better than cure”, always exploring new diets and lifestyles trend and inspiring clients on healthy lifestyle that bring along with a sustainable good health.

Experience

I am a dietitian with 4 years of experience in the field and I am dedicated to improving public awareness of healthy lifestyle. In my past experience as a dietitian in school, I develop and monitor all the menu and food process, educate school children on healthy eating, giving nutrition talk to public and enhance their knowledge on health management during school events. 

In my previous job, I worked as a dietitian in wellness & confinement centre that focus on giving personalised nutrition advice and menu planning for clients under wellness program. Besides, I also play a role in a team that develop new wellness program that fits to our business client company health goals. In the confinement centre, I work on developed new recipes with chef and giving nutrition talk on postpartum and infancy care to the mothers

Graduate in 2017, Bachelor of Science (Hons) In Dietetics with Nutrition at International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia.
