About Syafiqah Rahmat:

Human Resources Generalist with experience in managing hiring and onboarding, employee benefits and payroll, performance tracking methods and HR records. Experience

Set up and complete the company's human resource management policy. Manage ISO 9001 documentation for HR Department. Reviews and updates the human resource management policy on a periodic basis to ensure that it is updated from time to time and with relevant policies for improvement. Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions - include payroll(PCB/SOCSO/EIS/EPF/HRDF) and tax clearance for employees income tax submissions, as well as Form-e/CP 8D submissions to the tax authorities, staff recruitment, staff insurance, staff benefit program, KPI management& etc; Deal with employee grievance and resolve any labor disputes. Handle HR administration work such as preparation of letter, new hires / resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion and contract renewal. Update and maintain employees’ attendance, leave / medical record and training records & etc; Handle business with 3rd party service providers; to manage the evaluation of 3rd party service providers for consideration by Management; Handle the recruitment of foreign expatriates’ work permit and employment passes applications and renewal & etc; Advertise vacancies on job platforms, social media and others which suitable for hiring, establish and expand HR recruitment channels; Develop strategic Annual Training Plan (ATP) involving every department. Help in managing training requisition approval, table out trainings related to the needs of respective department, budgeting, communicating with training providers, and also involve directly in utilizing the HRDC funds. Ensuring all related trainings documentations such as Training Attendance List, Training Effectiveness Feedback, Training Analysis, Training Report and Internal Training Record for each employee are well documented. Assist in any other tasks assigned.
