    • Cost breakdown analysis on non-silicon cost which includes material cost, labor cost, direct and indirect expenses. 
    • Plan annual production budget and make necessary adjustment periodically on YTD vs planned production budget for precise cost control 
    • Daily, weekly and monthly prediction on cost incurred by each cost elements to identify anomalies.
    • Monthly analysis on actual cost elements to predicted model to enable better accuracy of the model. 
    • Prepare summary of yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly report to compare budgeted cost and actual cost incurred
