In December 1995 I completed my ADCS studies and also obtained an International Diploma in Computer Studies. This has given me a range of professional capabilities that will meet the needs of this role.
After completing my ADCS studies I worked in many firms. My responsibilities in this role included programming, System Analyst, EDI Specialist and Senior Business Analyst. Besides this I also went for basic training for PM roles. This position has given me key employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work environment.

- Ecommerce management and Digitization Service: Worked for sixteen years in a customer service environment providing shipping services in digital platform e.g. B2B, ERP and EDI.
- Standard business process duties: Responsibilities at UASC included optimization of the Global EDI process for customers.
- Functional Consultant: Successful deployment, implementation, communication setup and managed team work with many IT projects globally.
