Thanganachiar Vasantharajan

 I have always been committed to balancing client expectations with my vision, this allows me to sustain in a challenging yet satisfying work environment. My experience in law, both education and work, coupled with my passion for assisting clients and learning from experiences, makes me a unique member to the team that I seek to be part of. Through my professional experience and academics, I have obtained skills and experiences highly relevant to the legal field.

I am a practising solicitor in Malaysia, having practised for close to 2 years now and attached with Messrs Presgrave & Matthews at Penang, Malaysia. The area of practise undertaken by me is mainly general litigation with a focus on public law and contracts. Prior to being called to the Malaysian Bar, I had also gained experience as a Paralegal in Messrs Ghazi & Lim wherein I was of assistance to the Partners in legal research, general drafting of court cause papers.

Having obtained my LLB (Hons) from the University of London External Programme in 2017, I perused to read for LLM in the University of West of England with a focus on International Trade and Economy Law. Thereafter, I had studied for the Bar Professional Training Course and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2019. Having returned to Malaysia thereafter, I undertook the 9 month pupilage and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2021.
