- Assist staff to perform routine microbiological examination testing on drug products in accordance with written methodology
- Perform most probable number test and membrane filtration for water samples
- Follow laboratory SOP’s and specific written experimental protocols as well as oral instructions in performing assigned experimental work
- Ensure the laboratory remained clean and tidy including undertaking general waste disposal
- Prepare media and perform microbial characterization (gram stain) including pour plate, streak plate, and spread plate method
