Heng Xiang Yeap

A personable graduate with Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at AIMST University, Kedah, Malaysia. Throughout the three years of my studies, I gained essential knowledge and practical skills in different branches of modern biotechnology, such as animal, plant, agriculture, bioinformatics, biomedical, environmental and industrial biotechnology. I had experiences in performing phytochemical tests and FTIR spectroscopy for my final year project, which helped me to develop research skills. Besides, I completed my industrial training at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang on plant tissue culture, which provided me with invaluable skills in media preparation and laminar flow hood work.
