I have demonstrated her capabilities during my industrial training at Pastel Care, where I worked in logistics and warehousing. During this 16-week training gained hands-on experience managing transport orders, optimizing bookings, preparing import/export documents, and identifying supplier performance issues. This exposure not only allowed her to apply her academic knowledge in a real-world setting but also honed problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. As someone who thrives in dynamic environments, i also recognized for my adaptability and ability to learn quickly. My proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, further enhances her ability to manage and analyze data, create reports, and handle administrative tasks with precision. I'm also a strong communicator, capable of working collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines independently. My career aspirations reflect her enthusiasm for contributing to organizations known for their commitment to quality and innovation. 

My name is Tharshinie Manimaran is a driven and detail-oriented graduate passionate about logistics, supply chain management, and administrative excellence. With a solid academic foundation and a steadfast dedication to personal and professional growth, I always stands out as a promising young professional ready to contribute meaningfully to any organization. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management (Production and Operation) with Honors at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), achieving a commendable CGPA of 3.43. My academic journey also includes a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Politeknik Nilai, where I developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of supply chain operations, warehouse management, and production logistics. These experiences have equipped my with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in a fast-paced industry.
