About Then Lee Yin:

I am a graduate of BSc. (Hons) Food Science with Nutrition student at UCSI University with relevant knowledge of the food industry, including food safety, product development, quality assurance, quality control, food commodities, and basic laboratory analysis skills. I hold a 3.93 CGPA and achieved Dean's list in all semesters. I am passionate about exploring the food industry and applying my knowledge in relevant fields.

-Analyse laboratory reports of traditional herbs.
-Provide nutritional knowledge on traditional herbs based on results of laboratory reports. 
-Summarise and transfer professional nutritional knowledge into books in an easier understanding
-Engage in nutrition education development.
