During my tenure at Webstation Computer Centre, I provided first-line support, resolving 90% of issues on first contact. I also delivered efficient technical assistance for business applications such as AutoCount and maintained high system availability through consistent management of Windows and Linux systems.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Networking and Cybersecurity, where I developed strong skills in computer networking, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and Python programming. I am proficient in tools such as Kali Linux and SQL, and have applied machine learning concepts to cybersecurity-related projects.
