Hello, my name is Thusha Ammasiemuthusamy. I am a 24-year-old passionate individual born in the beautiful city of Kuantan, Pahang, and currently residing in Subang Jaya. Having recently graduated in Teaching English as a Second Language, I am eagerly looking forward to embarking on a fulfilling career journey as an English teacher.

Education:
I pursued my education in the field of language and education, which has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in language teaching methodologies, linguistics, and communication skills. My academic journey has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of language in bridging cultural gaps and fostering meaningful connections.

Passion for Teaching:
Teaching has always been my calling, and I find immense joy in helping others enhance their language skills. Witnessing the transformation of my students as they gain confidence in English brings a sense of fulfillment like no other. I am committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where each student can thrive and reach their full potential.

Teaching Approach:
As an aspiring teacher, I believe in creating dynamic and interactive lessons that cater to the unique needs of my students. I aim to make learning English enjoyable and relatable, integrating real-life scenarios and cultural elements to make the language come alive. Professional Experience: English Teaching Internship

Internship Period: 1/1/2023 - 26/5/2023

Organization: SMK USJ 12, Subang Jaya

Position: English Teaching Intern

Introduction:
During my 5 months of  internship at SMK USJ 12, I had the invaluable opportunity to teach English to Year 9 and Year 10 students. This experience has provided me with practical insights into the teaching profession and allowed me to contribute to the academic development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning: I assisted in creating lesson plans and instructional materials to engage students effectively in various aspects of the English language, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Classroom Facilitation: Under the guidance of experienced teachers, I conducted classroom sessions, group activities, and discussions to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment.

Student Assessment: I participated in assessing students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.

Individualized Support: Recognizing that each student has unique learning needs, I offered additional support and guidance to struggling learners, encouraging them to overcome challenges.

Classroom Management: I maintained discipline and order within the classroom, ensuring a conducive atmosphere for effective learning.
