Project Undertaken

Battery Life Test (BLT) System

• This testing simulates actual user behaviours on UUT and monitor the battery performance.
• BLT software allow design team to create multiple set of rule and exception cases to imitate real life behaviours on testing.
• Test continually runs for months without human intervention and data will be collected every 100mS. 
• Long hours of data collection eventually will run out of memory, this solved by converting data into parquet format before saving it to system.

Hardware: cDAQ module for Analog card and Ni PCI Express

     Radio Frequency (RF) Analyser 

• This test measure RF emission of UUT in a consigned space in 360-degree angle.
• Software controls turntable and an antenna attach to swing arm to capture power reading at each degree. 
• Remote command (SCPI) was used to communicated between Windows system and instruments.

Hardware: Anritsu MT8862A and Maturo Controller | Software: LabVIEW 

     Inrush Current Testing

• Design a circuitry to measure ac sine wave at 90 degrees on simulation.
• Developed hardware from scratch to measure multiple samples concurrently.
• Microcontrollers controlled through I2C & Serial communication with Windows system using LabVIEW software.
• Data was pushed to Grafana dashboard to monitor in real time. 

Hardware: Op-Amp, ATmega328P and cRIO with DIO and AIO modules

     System Life Testing System

• This testing investigates performance and lifespan of UUT on different consumer use cases.
•  30 Samples tested simultaneously with scripted human behaviours and collect data.
• On this project usually manpower of two reduce to zero with software automation. 
• Human intervention needed only on critical case otherwise LabVIEW software handle every exceptional cases.

Hardware: cDAQ module with Analog and Temperature card and Ni PCI Express with custom-made optocoupler board

Dynamic Circuit Sdn.Bhd - Electronic Engineer

• Made revenue of 26,000 thousand with product development cost of only 2,000 thousand by designed and developed system to match between wire bonding machine and image inspection took.
• Research and developed a real time wireless data transferring system which can be monitor and manipulate through google sheet for high voltage glove testing.

Exxel Technology Pte Ltd - Electrical Engineering Technician

• Design and assemble control panel and solder electronic component based on electrical drawing requirements for waver and LED manufacturing machines
• Test and validate completed control panel before and after powerup
• Install, troubleshoot, and replace defective circuitry and electronic components at customer sides
