About Velutha Ramayah:

I bring along with me my vast HR experience in various industries for more than a decade and I believe that I can excel myself in any kind of new ventures as I am a fast learner and take new challenges as knowledge to enhance by HR expertise. I am always ready to set a target on the tasks that has been assigned to me and have been successfully achieved them.

Experience

I have been in HR field for more than 12 years. Familiar with Expats and FW Management and Payroll, hostel management and so forth. I am prepared to work with minimum workforce or being independent should there be no necessity of an additional staff required.I have also created the SOP for Human Resource Department specifically on the process of Payroll, Foreign Workers’ Management, FW Approval/Permit Processes and Expatriate Division. Basically, HR policies are the same across the Board and it will just need to be finetuned according to requirements of ISO 17020/ISO 17025.

I possess a Masters in Business Administration majoring General Management from AeU
