I am a graduate of the Diploma in Planting Industry Management, currently pursuing a Bachelor of

Forestry Science with Honors through distance education. With experience as an Project Account

Assistant and Administrative Assistant, I am equipped to contribute effectively to projects and

organizational objectives. I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hardworking. As a

mature team player, I thrive in challenging situations and am adept at both collaborative work and

independent initiative. Continuously eager to acquire new skills, I embrace learning opportunities with

enthusiasm.

1 . Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

3. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

4. Support senior executives and managers with administrative tasks.

5. Maintain records of expenses and invoices.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and perform any other duties.

7. Prepare monthly project progress reports.

8. Prepare agreements such as Cadangan Teknikal Kewangan (CTK), Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and Supplementary Agreement (SA) when required.

9. Issue project claims such as Reimbursable Claim, Site Supervision Claim, and Professional Fees Claim after certain project stages.

10. Monitor and update all documents for the Project Department.

11. Perform any other duties as required.

I am a graduate with pointer 3.51/4.00 of the Diploma in Planting Industry Management, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Forestry Science with Honors through Open & Distance Learning at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
