With over 10 years of diverse experience in technology, including mobile devices, laptops and administration for Microsoft Endpoint, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams for a non-profit organization, I have witnessed firsthand how technology can create value for people. My unique journey as a member of Generation X, transitioning from analog to digital technologies, and navigating through two distinct career spectrums - social and technology - has equipped me with the ability to understand both ends and bridge the gap. This aligns with my firm belief in “technology for people, creating value for people with technology”.

Throughout my professional journey, I have amassed a diverse and extensive skill set. In my current role as a Technology Specialist at MYMTCS Sdn. Bhd., I am responsible for creating and managing training content and labs for Microsoft products, ensuring successful events, and providing technical support. My previous role as an IT & Facilities Specialist at Yayasan Generasi Gemilang involved leading a family protection initiative project and managing IT infrastructure, while also simplifying operational procedures. I have a proven track record of success in leadership roles, such as Section Head of Family Services, where I oversaw community-focused initiatives and attended government meetings.

Furthermore, my experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro Limited honed my ITIL expertise and project management skills, resulting in improved network infrastructure for clients. I also have a background in IT support and management from my time as an IT Technical Support Analyst at Pan Asia Resources Pte. Ltd. and Senior Customer Engineer at DataPrep (M) Sdn. Bhd. These roles allowed me to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and optimize support procedures.

Additionally, I have managed technical repair requests and organized exhibitions during my tenure as a Technical Supervisor at Midstream Online (M) Sdn. Bhd. My management skills were further refined during my role as Manager at Komputown Sales & Service, where I oversaw daily operations, improved efficiency, and relocated a shop.

My career journey has encompassed a wide range of technical roles, from Customer Service Support Engineer at Fuji Xerox to Assistant Technical Support at ACCS (M) Sdn. Bhd., where I gained extensive technical knowledge and provided top-notch support. Lastly, my role as a Technician at SCC Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. allowed me to manage service requests and enhance my teamwork skills.
