Graduate from Universiti Selangor (Unisel) pursuing in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Supply Chain Management. Currently working in SAMTEC JOHOR (February 2018 ~ current) as an Inventory Controller for NON-BOM Operation (NBO) under Tooling Purchasing Group (TPG). Making decision in urgent situation which could be impact to production or under compliance (safety as main priority). Maintain high customer service mindset while always looking for productivity improvements and profitability projects to improve Samtec NON-BOM Operations.

• Responsible for all Non-BOM (bill of material) operations (Receiving, Shipping & Inventory) for global and local by using Samtec Inventory Suit (SIS) in Samtec Global Network (SGN).
•  Liaise with Sourcing and Engineering to assist on machine builds.
• Coordinate shipments globally with Shipping and Trade Compliance.
• Liaise with Internal Quality Control (IQC) for receiving new tooling.
• Stock Count by using system in SIS with function Parcel Accounting once per month.
• Liaise between technician and engineer with supplier for modification tooling.
• Liaise with Central Inventory (CI) for chemical and labeling Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Samtec.
• Provide high customer service for technician and engineering team for tooling status and purchased item.
• Closed Purchase Order (PO) by using Engineering project Purchase System (EPMS).
