I’m working in manufacturer and also a inhouse waterproofing applicator company for 7 years since my first job. Currently position as a assistant project manager and overlook about 10-15 project per years. Experience mostly in waterproofing field and some other eg: heat insulation and sound dampening works for metal roofing, earth stabilisation work, structural repair, structural strengthening work etc. Currently working as a partnership with my director and receiving profit sharing. Reason to look for other company is to see how does other company operate since it is my first job after graduate. and also receive to much stress to overlook too much project. Going to get old soon
