Hong Jye Liew

Currently looking for a 12-week internship. 

I have always been an advocate for new-tech and have been very fond of new developed technologies.

I possess good fundamentals in both the electrical and mechanical field, while having good programming skills. I am passionate and devoted on producing high quality work while learning new skills. I Keen to pursue a career in developing new innovative products or robots.

Available to start in any date between 10/11/2023 to 25/11/2023. 

I have no working experience.

However, notable projects I have done in school include:

• implementing robotic vision (YoloV8), SLAM (EKF), pathfinding (A*) on AlphaBot2 using Python. The function of the robot includes generating a map of an arena containing obstacles and targets, and moving to targets locations autonomously
• Warman Project in year 2023. I have constructed and programmed a robot transporting different types of cargo into respective vessels. I have obtained invaluable experience by building the robot up from scratch.
