My Name is Yee Ren I am a track and field coach at Miri Sarawak Malaysia. I have 5 years of experiences in coaching Athletes. One of my development athlete represented Malaysia at the Asian Youth U18 held in Kuwait. I have IAAF level 2 coaching certificate for Jump. 

Throughout my coaching career, I have had the privilege of training exceptional athletes and achieving remarkable success. I have had the honor of coaching the Miri champion, the Sarawak champion, as well as the Malaysia under 15 and under 18 champions.

My journey as a coach has been dedicated to developing the skills, talents, and potential of these athletes. By imparting my expertise and guidance, I have been able to guide them towards reaching their full potential and achieving remarkable victories.

Overall, my professional coaching experience has been defined by my commitment to cultivating excellence in athletes and producing remarkable champions. Through personalized training, strategic guidance, and a passion for fostering talent, I have successfully contributed to the achievements of the Miri, Sarawak, and Malaysia champions.

My educational background encompasses specialized certifications that are highly relevant to my coaching career. I have successfully completed the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, as well as Sport Science Level 1 and Level 2 courses.

By attaining the IAAF Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of coaching methodologies, techniques, and principles specific to athletics. These certifications have equipped me with the necessary knowledge to train athletes in various disciplines, including sprinting, jumping, throwing, and long-distance running. With a focus on athlete development and performance enhancement, I am able to utilize the latest coaching techniques endorsed by the IAAF to optimize training programs and help athletes achieve their goals.
