Having worked in HR for two years, I am skilled at improving the employee experience and creating positive workplace cultures. Changing careers from accounting to human resources was a big step for me. But I have never
regretted a decision I have made. Since 2020, I have worked as an HR Executive for a company in the education industry. It was a great pleasure to begin my career in such an industry where I could learn more about my job.
After a year, I was offered a better opportunity at a company related to the engineering industry, which allowed me to expand my knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field. 
 

I have a bachelor's degree in human capital management under my belt, and I am currently working
towards a master's in business administration.
