The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.

They will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing cloud solutions, and ensuring the overall health and performance of the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, including physical and virtual servers.
Implement and maintain cloud solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, server performance, and application errors.
Manage and maintain storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.
Implement and maintain virtualization solutions, such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Monitor the health and performance of the IT infrastructure, and identify and resolve potential issues.
Document IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT infrastructure technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Certificate from related professional organizations
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
Experience with server administration, including physical and virtual servers.
Experience with cloud solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with virtualization solutions, such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Experience with storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with network administration.
Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.Â
