    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage and engage leads from Social Media (Facebook/Google and Tiktok).
    • Set meetings or appointments exceeding sales goals.
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, negotiations, and upsells.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly leads and sales reports.
    • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
    • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    • Preparing and submitting sales/design job orders.
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    • Maintaining client records and rapport.
    • Answering client questions about terms, products, services, and prices, and updating stock availability.

    Job Requirements

    • Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent hands-on skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Positive attitude and responsible character.
    • Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
    • Prior working experience of 1 - 2 years will be an added advantage.
    • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
    • Possess own car for traveling.
