Description

Responsible for successful development and implementation of the Asset Reliability and Reporting Optimization Program (ARROP), with the objective to achieve high level of assets reliability and availability.
Adhering to the asset Life Cycle Management process. Conduct asset reliability analysis with consideration of the limitation of equipment downtime/uptime, repair/replacement cost and availability of materials. To make recommendation for reliability improvement with optimum investment.
Maintain and improve system documentation procedure, policy, work instruction and scope of work, to ensure compliance with the ARROP, ISO 9001, GMP and FSSC 22000 standard.

Maintenance and Reliability

Applying Bunge reliability processes and guidelines to each asset, ensuring optimized maintenance strategies are being used. This maximizes operational capability, maximizes asset life, optimizes capital investment and minimizes ongoing maintenance costs.
Covers all aspects of the reliability strategy management: Master Asset list; Criticality Ranking; Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA); proactive maintenance strategy with effective PM/PdM plans; spare part analysis; reliability analytics; and root cause analysis.
Works with Project Engineering and Operation teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of reliability strategy for the new installation. Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications and maintainability.
Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety systems.
Prepare monthly reliability metrics report by consolidating all the required data. Conduct performance analysis, identify the gaps and provide continuous improvement plan.
Actively involved in Asset Care Pillar assessment. Execute improvement plan to achieve the objectives and targets within the given timeline.
Ensures technician capabilities can support executing the necessary tasks related to reliability-based maintenance strategies. Reduces rework and self-induced failure. Provide coaching and training when necessary.

Delivers a Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviors by following safety procedures, understand the work-related hazards and safety instructions. Stops work when there is safety risk or when in doubt how to proceed the work safely.
Reports any unsafe situation, substandard, near miss, incident or defect. Participate in Risk Assessment and incident investigations as required
Cooperates with team to keep work place safe, clean and well ordered. Helps colleagues to work safely
Implement reliability strategy to well maintain the Critical Safety equipment.

Product Quality and Food Safety

Delivers a Quality culture and role model behaviors. Adhere to Quality and legislation requirements and complies to legal and corporate standards & policies
Responsible for planning and integrating the reliability program to ensure the quality of the products

Skills & Requirements: -

Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics, or related.
Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience.
Familiar with the maintenance of utilities supply, processing system equipped with rotating equipment, tanks, valves and pipelines, plus the industrial packing lines.
Excellent communication ability and team management experience.
Preferable has experience in Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Preferable has experience in Condition Base Monitoring Equipment, Shaft Alignment and Pump Technology.
