Company :

 Scope of responsibility for Safety and Sustainability accordance to business operations of TPS.

 Ensure all applicable legal and SDI requirements are identified and complied with  Coordinate and monitor compliance to Group ESH policy, SDISB policy, vision, GPA B4 (ESH) , strategies and expectations

 Ensure compliance with the requirements of the ESH Management System

 To prepare reports on the monthly ESHMS performance are submitted to SDISB's management – ESH for review.

 To identify improvement opportunities and ensure continual improvement of ESH performance within TPS.

To establish ESH risk management and assist in implementing effective risk control measures.

 To conduct incident investigations in accordance with the Incident Notification and Investigation procedure. To ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.

 Ensure effective Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans have been developed, implemented, and regularly tested at TPS branch level.

To conduct monthly workplace inspection at TPS branch level to determine whether any machinery, plant etc can cause bodily injury to persons at the workplace and any pollution to the environment.

To assist in organizing ESH committee and implementing ESH programmed at the workplace.

 Become the secretary of the ESH committee at TPS branch level.

 To maintain statistic on accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational diseases and occurrence and waste generation.

 To coordinate ESH trainings and conduct internal ESH training.

 To conduct Contractor/Visitor ESH briefings and monitor permit to work of contractors as required.

 To coordinate ESH monitoring programs at TPS branch level.  Coordinate and monitor implementations of safety culture including:

a) Right to start (RTS) meeting

Sime Darby Group 2
b) Safety interaction thru Noggin System.

c) Hazard reporting thru Noggin System.

d) Take 5 apps in-Forms.

e) Job safety/Environmental analysis (JSEA) / Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) f) Visual Felt leadership program.

g) Live saving commitment (LSC).

h) Journey Management Plan (JMP).
