- Metrics & reporting; enable centralised focus on our reporting, ensuring consistency and quality of our messaging, managing reporting commitments and making available the timely and accurate provision of information to the relevant teams
- Supporting the tooling requirements of the team, ensuring effective utilisation
- Closely track regulatory timelines and commitments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure appropriate oversight and facilitate resolution of high impact risk and issues, with regular reporting to management and key stakeholders as required

- Degree in Technology, Business Administration or Management.
- Experience in Cyber & Information Security in Banking and Financial services preferably combined with experience in top tier consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of business management, resource planning, process management and optimisation and performance measurement.
- Strong communication skills – oral, written and presentation. Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT, ServiceNow, ADO and Word.
- One or more of the following certifications will be preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL Foundation/Expert
- COBIT
- ServiceNow/ADO
- Proven track record of working as a facilitator between Technology and Business
- Knowledge of process and design principles relevant to cyber, technology, data & privacy, resilience.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across various levels in the organization including senior leadership teams, in influencing key decisions taken in the business and in support teams.
- Customer focus, able to quickly build relationships and break down requirements to simplistic actions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather competitive intel, prioritise, summarise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes and changing environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems with high number of stakeholders and conflicting interests.
