    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Bahasa/ English to promote our products and services
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
    • Handle objections and overcome challenges to successfully close sales
    • Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall business growth

    Job Requirements

    • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & moderate in English with excellent communication skills
    • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
    • Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles preferred
    • Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
