    Customer Success Manager

    Responsibilities include:

    • Drive contract negotiation and collaborate with Sales team on Mobile Payment Partner on-boarding
    • Effectively collaborate across multiple internal teams, including marketing, LCAP, product and other operation support teams, identify gaps and align with internal team to find best solutions
    • Engage in corridor management and operation mechanism improvement
    • Provide necessary support to maintain partner relationship
    • Ensure the successful implementation of products and services

    Requirements

    • 3 years and above experience in payment industry and familiar with payment channel is a plus
    • Strong experience in client facing roles with business negotiation and partner support
    • Excellent team player, strong capability of cross function teams collaboration and communication
    • Able to adapt in a fast-pacing environment and rapidly changing market
    • Proficient in English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking.
