    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Handle general inquiries via Voice and Non-voice channel
    • Making appointments on behalf of the customer
    • Provide accurate information (medical-related)
    • Liaising with customers & hospitals accordingly

    Working timing
    • Rotational shift basis
    • Working days (including Saturday & Sunday)
    • Available to follow Singapore calendar

    Remuneration package
    • Basic: RM
    • KPI Allowance: up to RM500.00/month
    • Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month

    Job Requirements

    • Fluent in English & Mandarin
    • Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident, and patient)
    • SPM and above
    • Able to serve Singapore market
