- Focus on the development of the category through market analysis, identifying opportunities and driving well-executed initiatives within the category
- Lead a team of account managers to engage and build relationships with key accounts through planning joint business targets and promotional activities to achieve sales goals
- Ensure good business health for the marketplace by focusing on key fundamentals that include right brands/sellers, assortment, pricing etc.
- Monitor inventory, delivery, campaigns and plans to ensure timely product availability and maximize sales opportunities during the season and mega campaigns.
- Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of category performance to senior management
- Use data and market insights to pilot new initiatives, make business decisions and recommendations

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of working experience preferably in the e-Commerce and/or relevant industry; experience with business development, sales or account management is preferred
- Bachelor in Business, Fashion, Finance or related field
- Previous management and leadership experience is preferred
- Strong fashion sense, with working knowledge of South-East Asia markets
- Strong analytical and business acumen and have the ability to translate analysis/insights into actionable business plans
- Ability to read, speak, write and articulate in English fluently.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, relationship and time management skills
- Driven mindset, the ability to prioritize and excellent in execution
