- Experience working with Recruitment Agency as Recruiter, Sales or 360 Consultant.
- Identify, Shortlist, Approach & Generate new business accounts.
- Comfortable to meet, present & propose to potential clients.
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Strong awareness of current market conditions & market intelligence.
- Source candidates via Passive & Active Channels. Responsible for Recruitment, Selection and Candidate Management.
- Interview and Qualify prospective candidates
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information/ Report & E-System Update.
- Follow-up and negotiate terms on behalf of candidates and clients
- Professional Communication Skills, Engagement & Follow up
- Fluent English is essential. Any other languages would be advantageous.
- Report to HQ- BD Department & Operation Department
- Keeping HQ Updated & Informed. Should there any support/ assistance needed
- Assist offline and online marketing team activities whenever necessarily
- Diploma / Degree with minimum of 1 year experience.
- Fresher or with 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong service orientation
- Willingness to learn additional products
- Location: Putrajaya
- Basic: RM2600 - RM 4000
- Parking allowance
- Fluent in English
- 9 hrs per day - including 1 hour break
- 5 days working, 2 days off
