Founded in 2010, Clozette is venture-backed and headquartered in Singapore with offices in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Japan. We are invested by Cool Japan Fund, a public-private fund under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.

    This position, based in Malaysia, is primarily responsible taking care of tasks related to Finance and General Admin. Responsibilities include the following:

    Finance:

    • Record entries into accounting system & keeping track of revenue to match to cost of sales
    • Monitor and assist in payments to third-party suppliers such as influencers, agencies, and other partners.
    • Assist in billing of clients and collection of account receivables
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of petty cash requests, withdrawals, and deposits.
    • Keep track of debtors & sales listings

    General Admin:

    • Arrange booking of resources and suppliers for company activities such as company lunches and official business trips.
    • Inventory - keep track and maintain all office assets such as laptops, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably at least 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome
    • Knowledge of various programs such as Xero, Quickbooks, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
    • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
    • Time-management and organization skills
    • Commitment to confidentiality
    • Candidates with prior experience in working with influencer agencies, content marketing and/or digital publishers are preferred.
